A little about me…
My goal as a therapist

My Therapeutic Approach
I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, feelings of sadness, or difficulty with self-image. Often our natural response is to push away negative feelings or try to distract ourselves. Using individualized strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques, I help clients compassionately recognize and observe uncomfortable feelings, to implement positive and lasting change.
